This website presents Memship, an open-source, self-hosted membership management project. It is maintained by the Memship open-source project and its contributors, who are named on the About page. You can reach them through the GitHub repository or by email at info@openmemship.com.

Hosting

This is a static website, served as static files over HTTPS. It runs no application server or database of its own.

Intellectual property

This website is built on the open-source Blast theme, distributed under the MIT License. We thank its authors and contributors.

The Memship name, the content of this website, and the Memship software belong to the Memship project and its contributors. The software is open source; see the license in the project repository.

Personal data

This website has a contact form. If you use it, it collects your name, your email address, an optional organization name, and your message, and we use them only to answer your enquiry. It collects no other personal data: there are no accounts and no analytics. If you write to the contact address published on this site instead, we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of replying to you. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It sets one cookie, cc_cookie, which records the storage choice you make in the banner so you are not asked again. Beyond that it keeps two values in your browser only if you allow them: your language preference and whether you dismissed the announcement bar. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. You can change your choice at any time from Cookies and storage in the footer.
